Heading towards synchronized connectivity infrastructure The development orientation in the new period determines that Vĩnh Long will become the focal point of new development in the Mekong River Delta (MRD). Specifically, the area previously belonging to Trà Vinh – the "old Trà Vinh region" – is now a very important dynamic region of the new province.
