Vraem: Entrepreneurs sell more than 13 tons of cocoa and coffee derivatives in Peru

A total of 400 entrepreneurial families from the Apurímac, Ene and Mantaro Valley (Vraem) promoted by the National Commission for Development and Life without Drugs (Devida) managed to produce 13,187 kilos of cocoa and coffee derivatives, generating sales of S / 494,998. The sale of products such as nibs and cocoa paste, bitter chocolate, ground roasted coffee and other derivatives took place between the months of April to October of this year, in which Devida organized various marketing spaces such as the Expo Vraem, Salon de Cacao and Chocolate, Ficafé, and others at the local and regional level in coordination with the local governments of the Vraem area, with the purpose of reactivating the local economy.
