We must highlight the excellence of cocoa in Peru thanks to our biodiversity and how we have been advancing over the years, thanks to the commitment shown by all actors who are part of this process, and who have made our productive chain continue to transform. This was stated by the Vice Minister of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (Mincetur), Teresa Mera Gómez, during the launch of the XVI Peruvian Cocoa and Chocolate Salon 2025, which will be held from July 17 to 20 at the Lima Convention Center.
