When the Cordoban Lorena Londero set out to reuse the grape pomace that her family's winery discarded daily in large quantities, she never thought she would come up with a product that would improve a personal ailment.
"My venture started based on a condition I have. I saw that my dad's winery always discarded pomace and thought, why not reuse it? That's when I discovered the benefits that grape seed has for people's health, and I started producing flour based on it," Londero, the creator of the small company Resiliencias, told Bichos de Campo.
With a high percentage of omega and antioxidants, especially resveratrol, as well as minerals such as iron, magnesium, and manganese, this product helps maintain balanced intestinal microbiota, improves circulation, reduces inflammation, and improves autoimmune disease conditions.
