The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment recently held a meeting to discuss the industry growth plan and the export turnover of agricultural, forestry, and aquatic products in the final months of 2025. Mr. Huynh Tan Dat, Director of the Department of Crop Cultivation and Plant Protection, informed that at the end of June, the General Administration of Customs of China sent a team of experts to conduct field inspections in the growing areas, packaging facilities for rambutan, and laboratories in Vietnam. According to the inspection results, Mr. Dat stated that the team from the General Administration of Customs of China gave a very positive evaluation of the management and implementation of solutions that Vietnam has committed to its counterpart. Accordingly, the team from the General Administration of Customs of China will have a report to facilitate the export of rambutan from Vietnam throughout the final months of the year.
