After investing years in the services sector, and facing the upheaval caused by the arrival of the pandemic, the Agricultural Economics graduate, Mariano Pereyra Iraola, found himself –like many others- in the need to leave the city and live in the countryside. The small town of Henderson, in the west of Buenos Aires province, was the place chosen by him and his family. But that peace achieved did not quench Iraola's desire to have his own project, and he began to dream of cultivating the land. “In the area there is wheat, corn, soy, dairy farms, and there are areas of old dunes that are not cultivated, because at some point they all flew away.
