US wheat sales from the 2023/24 harvest for the week ending February 8 fell by 8% from the previous week and 25% from the four-week average, totaling 349.3 thousand tons. The main buyers were the Philippines, Taiwan, Japan, Chile, and Mexico. Additionally, 48 thousand tons were sold from the 2024/25 harvest. Despite the drop, the combined sales were within analysts' expectations. Meanwhile, shipments saw a significant increase, rising by 29% from the previous week and 41% from the four-week average to 405.3 thousand tons.
