In September 2024, Chile saw a significant growth in its wine exports, with a total of 58.9 million liters exported, valued at USD 121.1 million FOB, marking an 18.1% increase in volume and an 11.1% increase in value compared to the same period in 2023. Designation of origin wines made up 28.3 million liters of the exports, contributing USD 91.8 million FOB, marking a 10.6% increase in volume and a 9.6% increase in value year-over-year. Bulk wine exports also saw a rise, with 25.7 million liters exported, valued at USD 18.6 million FOB, marking a 33.4% increase in volume and an 8.8% increase in value compared to September 2023. Additionally, sparkling wine exports experienced an increase in both volume and value compared to the same month in 2023. From January to September 2024, there was a notable increase in exports, with a 17.3% increase in volume and a 5.6% increase in value compared to the same period in 2023.
