These vegetables are distributed across Turkey, especially Istanbul, Ankara, and Izmir, and kale lettuce is exported to Europe. Producer Fahrettin Arabacı emphasizes the importance of local cabbage production, which is suitable for food and wrapping, and aims to maintain and increase its cultivation.
