However, irregular weather in the first months of the year — with delayed rains in 2024 and intense heat between February and March — compromised the development of the beans, especially in the main producing regions. In the international scenario, the support for prices was reinforced by tight global stocks, the expectation of lower robusta production in Vietnam, and doubts about the performance of the Brazilian crop.
