This was reported by the First Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, Elena Fastova, at a meeting of the Chairman of the Federation Council, Valentina Matvienko, with producers, experts, and representatives of the industry from the CIS countries. "We must establish cooperatives that will collect quality raw materials for processing, make wool a commodity, we are also working on this, promote the brand 'Wool of Russia' and make long-term agreements between producers and processors," she said.
