Federico Boglione is the CEO of Los Lazos, a company that engages in livestock farming, agriculture, dairy, balanced feed, and also owns a dairy industry, La Sibila, focused on the production of powdered milk for export. With the Purísima brand, it also manufactures breast milk with high added value.
At the Agribusiness Congress held on Thursday by the consultancy Agroeducación at the Rosario Stock Exchange, an entity of which his father was president, Boglione shared his vision on what is happening with the dairy chain and in particular with the industry.
The first point he highlighted was the notable drop in international milk prices. "It keeps falling continuously. It is already at 3400/3500 dollars per ton when a few months ago it was 4200. The drop was very large and there is no consumption especially of products with added value," he warned.
