Working group to draft the regulations of the new Agrarian Law

The Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation (Midagri) created the temporary Sectorial Working Group named "Sectorial Working Group in charge of drafting the proposal for the Regulation of Law No. 32434 (new Agrarian Law), which promotes the productive, competitive, and sustainable transformation of the agrarian sector with social protection towards modern agriculture." The measure was made official through Ministerial Resolution No. 0396-2025-Midagri, published on October 5 in the Legal Norms Bulletin of the official journal El Peruano. The working group's functions are: a) To draft the regulatory proposal called the Regulation of Law No. 32434, aimed at the productive, competitive, and sustainable transformation of the agrarian sector with social protection for modern agriculture. b) To liaise with other public, private, or academic entities whose scopes are linked to the object of the sectorial group.
