Tridge summary

Recent data analysis by BMTI reveals a decline in the prices of durum wheat and semolina in the pasta market. This decline follows the price increases seen in July due to quality issues in the Italian harvest caused by heavy rains. The drop in prices can be attributed to the influx of foreign durum wheat, particularly from Turkey, which benefits from competitive prices and the devaluation of the Turkish lira.
