XVI Cocoa and Chocolate Salon 2025 Expects to Generate Over US$ 15 Million in Business

Today at 11 am in the auditorium of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (Mincetur), the launch of the XVI Cocoa and Chocolate Salon 2025 will take place. This year's edition has the slogan "Cocoa: Peru's Heritage to the World" which seeks to honor our roots and project Peru to the world. The Cocoa and Chocolate Salon is the most important event for promotion, innovation, and development of the cocoa and chocolate sector in Peru and Latin America. For this reason, our country will be the meeting point for these two sectors at an international level, as it is part of the global chocolate salon calendar in alliance with the Salon du Chocolat in Paris.
