Yangyang County Mayor's Association holds "Sharing Kimchi" love event

The Yangyang County Cooperative Association (Chairman Kim Sang-il) and the Yangyang County Women Fisherfolk Association (President Hwang Hae-su) held an event attended by over 50 female fisherfolk members, Yangyang County councilors, Yangyang County Cooperative Association executives, and village chiefs, during which they prepared over 700 heads of cabbage for kimchi and distributed it to struggling local fisherfolk. Chairman Kim Sang-il expressed gratitude for the support from the Cooperative Central Association and stated, "We will make every effort to ensure that the women fisherfolk of Yangyang County can become self-reliant. Next year, we will hold an even more bountiful kimchi sharing event." He further added, "The Yangyang County Women Fisherfolk Association will continue to hold rich kimchi sharing events every year to provide strength to struggling fisherfolk."
