Just reviewing its statistics within the global market, which approach no less than 700 billion dollars in annual revenue. And just like in other segments, this cake is distributed among few hands. Specifically, these are the hands of ten multinational firms, whose scale allows them to be present in most of the world's shelves with a wide portfolio of easily recognizable products and brands.
