According to Yaroslavlstat, for January to June 2025, the dairy processing plants of the Yaroslavl region produced 29.5 thousand tons of ice cream. This is 30.3% more than the previous year. The regional production covered 28.4% of the Central Federal District market. In total, 103.8 thousand tons of cold treats were produced in the Central Federal District during the analyzed period. By production volumes, the district ranked first in the Russian Federation. The district's volume covered 31.2% of the country's domestic market (332.3 thousand tons). In addition, Yaroslavl processors increased the production of processed milk by 2.9%: 22.2 thousand tons of such products were produced in the first six months of this year.
