Zero inflation in Russia remains for the second week in a row

Consumer prices in Russia for the period from 21 to 27 July on average did not change, as well as a week earlier. This is reported by the Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat). Inflation for the period from the beginning of July, according to the department, remained at the level of 0.4%, since the beginning of this year - 3%. Over the past week, among food products, the most noticeable rise in prices for granulated sugar - by 0.1%, pork - by 0.9%, sunflower oil, sour cream, wheat flour, cookies and salt - by 0.3%, canned meat, margarine, rennet cheeses, wheat flour bread, pasta and black tea - by 0.2%. At the same time, millet fell in price by 0.4%, chicken meat and buckwheat - by 0.2%.
