The National Horticultural Research Institute (NIHORT) Gombe Centre is addressing challenges watermelon farmers face in Bara Village, Kirfi Local Government Area of Bauchi State in Nigeria. Concerns over diseases and pests have led farmers to migrate to Cameroon.
