In 2019, Ivory Coast dominated cocoa bean exports, worth USD 3.76B, holding about 37.5% of the global market share. This was followed by Ghana worth USD 1.88B (18.8%), Nigeria worth USD 726.00M (7.2%), and Cameroon worth SD 667.14M (6.7%).

In 2019, Ivory Coast dominated the exporting side of the trade for cocoa beans, with an annual export value of USD 3.76B, which held about 37.5% of the global market share. This was followed by Ghana with 18.8% of the worldwide market share with an annual export value of USD 1.88B, Nigeria (7.2%) with an export value of USD 726.00M, and Cameroon (6.7%) with an export value of USD 667.14M.
