Spain is the dominant producer, contributing 36% of the global production, while Tunisia surpassed Italy and Greece as the second-largest producer with a 24% YoY increase. Despite traditional leaders maintaining their positions, new players like Algeria, Argentina, Chile, the United States, Australia, Egypt, and China are emerging in olive oil production.
