Ekrem Duran, a fisherman from Kayseri, Turkey, has exported 10,500 tons of fish to six countries in 2024, with a average of 12 types of fresh and saltwater fish. He aims to increase exports to 50,000 tons and expand fishing reserves in Kayseri with the help of the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture. The current decrease in exports is due to a decrease in production and an increase in demand.
