Dear esteemed 2.06 million agricultural members across the nation! Dear citizens who cherish our countryside as your homeland! And dear 120,000 families of the agricultural cooperative! In 2026, the new morning of the year of the Fire Horse (丙午年) has dawned with the spirit of the Red Horse rising. Today, as we greet the hopeful new year, I am truly grateful and filled with emotion to be able to face you and talk about new dreams. First, I offer deep respect and gratitude to the nationwide agricultural members who have valiantly overcome numerous natural disasters over the past year and silently protected the life storage of this land.
