By decision of regional maslikhats, 9.5 billion tenge have been allocated for subsidizing priority agricultural crops in Kazakhstan, including sugar beet, for 2025. This was reported by LS with reference to the Ministry of Agriculture. As noted, the list of priority crops that will receive state support is determined by the local executive body based on the conclusions of research organizations.
