Russia's Ministry of Agriculture has reported a 7.2% increase in daily milk sales by agricultural organizations, reaching 51.4 thousand tons as of December 12, compared to the same period last year. The Republic of Tatarstan, the Udmurt Republic, and the Krasnodar Territory led in sales volumes. The average milk yield per cow per day also increased by 1.33 kg from the previous year to 20.11 kg, with the Leningrad, Kursk, and Kaliningrad regions leading in producing more than 25 kg of milk per cow.
