Approximately 5.5 tons of fresh citrus fruits, including grapefruits, have been imported into the Amur Region, Russia, from China through the 'Kani-Kurgan' checkpoint. This marks the first time these fruits have been imported to the region since January 2020. The reason for the pause in supply is currently unknown. No restrictions have been placed on the supply of these fruits, and their safety has been confirmed after testing in a laboratory, allowing their release into circulation.
