‘A seed that changes the world’ ··· International Seed Expo opens on October 22

The '2025 International Seed Expo' will be held from October 22 to 24 for three days at the private breeding research complex in Gimje, Jeollabuk-do. The slogan is 'One seed, Change the world.' This International Seed Expo is jointly hosted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, Jeollabuk-do Province, and Gimje City, and is organized by the Korea Rural Development Administration. It is the only seed-specialized expo in the country, aiming to introduce excellent varieties developed by domestic seed companies and to nurture the seed industry as a future growth engine. It has been held since 2017 and this year marks the 9th event. This year's International Seed Expo will see participation from 40 domestic seed companies, including NHNongwoo Bio and Asia Seedlings, as well as over 90 companies from the upstream and downstream sectors.
