Since the start of this year, the Vologda Oblast in Russia has exported 38.6 tons of forest mushrooms, including Vologda boletus, aspen, and chanterelles, to Germany and Bulgaria. The mushrooms, which are delivered frozen, have undergone checks to ensure compliance with the importing countries' phytosanitary standards by Rosselkhoznadzor specialists, and the necessary certificates have been issued. The mushroom export volume from the region last year was 21.9 tons.
