Peruvian fruit exports between January and May 2025 totaled $2,346 million, registering a growth of 27.8% compared to the same period last year ($1,836 million), driven by the higher demand for grapes, avocados, and mangos, reported the Agroexport Management of the Association of Exporters (ADEX). With a 32% share, grapes ($757,567,000) were the most prominent product, with an increase of 57%. They were followed by avocados ($657,275,000) and mangos ($360,279,000), with positive variations of 28% and 15.4%, respectively. Blueberries ($273,826,000), pomegranates ($98,162,000), tangerines ($60,009,000), bananas ($50,959,000), lemons ($29,963,000), strawberries ($16,057,000), and pineapples ($15,329,000), among other fruits, were also shipped. The United States was the most important buyer, with orders for $908,323,000, increasing its demand by 42.5% and accounting for 38.7% of the total.
