Dr. Naglaa Blabel, project manager for inventorying and combating brown rot in potatoes, confirmed that the total areas free of brown rot in potatoes in various governorates of the Republic have so far reached about 642 thousand acres, and the total areas that have been maintained reached about 7234 acres, as well as the total areas of arrowroot crops.
