Agriculture: The issuance of 363 operating licenses for farms and the export of 360,000 table eggs in Egypt

Al-Qusayr, Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation, and Engineer Mustafa Al-Sayyad, Deputy Minister of Agriculture for Livestock, Fish and Poultry, received a report from Dr. Tariq Suleiman, head of the livestock and poultry development sector, on the sector’s activity and harvest within a week. The report included the issuance of 363 operating licenses between the renewal and the first time for all livestock, feed and poultry activities and projects, while adhering to all controls and requirements of security and biosafety in and around those activities, through joint inspection records with the General Authority for Veterinary Services. He explained that it had been approved to register 136 feed mixtures, additives and concentrates, of which 89 were local and 47 were imported, according to scientific and standard standards and controls.
