Brazilian agribusiness exports reached a record high of US $ 61.2 billion and 131.5 million tons from January to July 2020, with a surplus of US $ 54 billion. The main products exported were soybeans, fresh beef, cellulose, sugar raw cane, and soybean meal, with China being the main importer. There was an increase in sales to Islamic countries in July. However, fruit exports saw a decrease in both value and volume. The dairy segment experienced an increase in value and volume, while fish exports saw a decrease. The bee products sector saw a significant increase in value and weight exported between the first seven months of 2020 and 2019.
