The district of resinous and cinnamon forest soils is the fourth agroecological district in the agroecological map of Bulgaria, summarized by specialists at the Institute of Soil Science, Agrotechnology and Plant Protection "Nikola Pushkarov". This group includes 12 sub-districts, which cover the predominant part of Southern Bulgaria in varying combinations of resinous, cinnamon forest, and meadow soils.
