ASF outbreaks were confirmed in several provinces in Poland, including Dolnośląskie, Lubelskie, Mazowieckie, Opolskie, Podlaskie, Warmińsko-Mazurskie, and Wielkopolskie. In a total of 39 outbreaks, the virus was confirmed in 49 wild boars, with 20 outbreaks involving dead animals, 17 involving shot wild boars, and two involving animals killed in traffic accidents. Since the beginning of the year, there have already been 1,998 confirmed wild boar ASF outbreaks, compared to about 1,300 in the same period last year, affecting multiple provinces.
