ALVIVA GROUP, a leading player in Ukraine's food industry, announces a significant expansion of its presence in the global market for soft confectionery (SC). From August 2025, the group will begin exporting new lines of mousse-yogurt cakes and eclairs under the Tarta brand. These product lines are developed considering the needs of the international market and meet the latest trends in the SC category. Specifically, the mousse-yogurt cake line features a record-low added sugar content of only 5%. Both lines also offer products with added fruits and berries. Export of Tarta brand SC began in 2021, and since the start of the full-scale invasion, its volumes have increased almost 8-fold. Today, the group exports all SC categories, both frozen and chilled.
