Amoéba's Amoeba Lysate Registered in EU, Commercial Prospects Brighten for Biocide

This registration approval is the result of a five-year European verification procedure, with the final administrative stage completed in the first half of 2025. In January 2025, the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) published the final scientific assessment report on Amoéba's active ingredient across Europe on its website, confirming its bactericidal effectiveness and its low-risk characteristics for human health and the environment.
