The latest good news came from Spain, where a pesticide made entirely from garlic has been approved by the authorities for use in strawberry crops, according to an article by the FruitVeB Hungarian Vegetable and Fruit Professional Organization and Product Council. In the largest growing region, around Huelva, the preparation is used for soil disinfection.
