Peru: Ancash is positioned as the first organic avocado-exporting region

The Ancash region leads the production and export of organic avocado in Peru with 5,012 tons, which represents 82% of the total of 6,107 tons that were produced nationally until September 2023. The total value of the export reached $11,057,000 .
