According to data from the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, in 2025, 5,571.34 million rubles are planned for state support of the agricultural complex and rural territories of the Bryansk region under co-financing conditions. This includes 5,148.07 million rubles from the federal budget and 423.70 million rubles from the regional budget. As of October 16, 3,577.09 million rubles have been transferred to subsidy recipients (64.2% of the plan). This includes 3,296.92 million rubles from federal funds and 280.17 million rubles from regional funds. The majority of the funds will be directed towards compensating part of the costs for paying interest on investment loans—3,720.88 million rubles. Specifically, 3,497.63 million rubles will come from the federal treasury, and 223.25 million rubles from the regional treasury.
