September saw a notable increase in Argentine agro-industry's export performance, with beef and dairy products witnessing significant growth. Beef exports rose by 3% from August and 11% year-on-year, reaching 74,812 tons and valued at $301.95 million, with Brazil being the primary market. Dairy exports also surged, by 11.3% in volume and 9.9% in value, totaling 31,019 tons and $115.2 million. Additionally, there was a 35.1% increase in pork exports in the first nine months of 2024. Argentina has also managed to expand its export opportunities by reducing imports and opening the South African market for porcine hemoglobin powder, with 11,900 tons certified for shipment to several countries.
