Russia: Astrakhan governor calls on colleagues from Kazakhstan to join the ban on Caspian roach fishing

Astrakhan Region Governor Igor Babushkin, during a meeting with the Akim of Kazakhstan's border Atyrau Region Serik Shapkenov, proposed that his Kazakh colleagues join the initiative to ban the fishing of roach, the stocks of which are close to critical levels.
