Australia establishes shrimp farming research center

The Australian Research Council (ARC) has launched a new research center for sustainable chicken shrimp farming. This research center was established with the support of AUD 5 million ($3.73 million) through the Industrial Innovation Research Hub initiative over the past five years. The research center plans to focus on the development of sustainable and reliable chicken shrimp technology from hatching to breeding and selling as adult fish to produce commercially valuable chicken shrimp.
