Bahia Accelerates in Livestock: Young Cattle Already Represent 60% of Slaughters

Bahia's livestock industry is undergoing a transformation that is catching the attention of all of Brazil. The state is already the seventh-largest cattle herd in the country and has seen the presence of young animals in slaughterhouses jump to 60% of slaughters.
