BAT Brasil celebrates another year of the PI Tabaco certification for 100% of its producers.

BAT Brasil celebrates another year as the only company in the Brazilian tobacco sector with 100% of its production certified by the Integrated Production (PI-Brasil) seal. In 2025, the company reached its 9th consecutive year of achieving the certification, granted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (MAPA), reaffirming its pioneering spirit in quality, innovation, and sustainability. In the first certification, in 2016, 50 producers integrated into BAT Brasil won the seal. Currently, more than 17,000 producers are certified annually, committed to the pursuit of better productivity, quality, and consequently higher profitability, and most importantly, all this with sustainability. The seal is given to 72 crop cultures in Brazilian soil with technical standards approved by MAPA.
