Vegetable prices Tomatoes are between 1.75 pounds and 5 pounds, an increase of 25 piasters. Potatoes between 4.5 and 10.5 pounds. Onions are between 4.5 and 6.5 pounds. Zucchini ranges between 6 pounds and 12 pounds, with an increase of one pound. Beans are between 7 pounds and 15 pounds, down 2 pounds. Local eggplant costs between 10 and 14 pounds.
