In recent months, beef and veal prices have risen by 10 to 13% from last year's levels. This is shown by the latest data from the Center for Economic Research in Agriculture (SARA). Their growth is mainly due to the upward dynamics of European prices, and the upward trend is expected to continue until the end of 2021.
