Belarusian bakeries will continue to be fully supplied with Belarusian flour despite the impact of weather conditions on grain production, according to Irina Barantsevich from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food. Barantsevich emphasized the use of various technological methods to maintain the quality of products based on the quality of grain. The baking industry in Belarus has been experiencing growth in exports, particularly in custard bread and extrusion products, with 15 countries around the world receiving their products.
