The Brazilian government announced that Bhutan has accepted the International Health Certificate (CSI) model for the export of frozen beef from Brazil. This decision is expected to strengthen bilateral trade relations, diversify Bhutan's protein supply, and benefit its food security. It also expands the presence of Brazilian beef in Asia and contributes to the increase in agribusiness exports, boosting the national economy and generating new jobs in the sector. This marks Brazil's 26th market opening in 2025 and its 326th since 2023.
