During the first half of 2022, Peru experienced a slight decrease in evaporated milk exports, exporting 7,090,842 kilos worth US$11,593,969, a decrease from 7,718,955 kilos worth US$11,675,095 in the same period of 2021. The main importer of Peruvian evaporated milk was Bolivia, with purchases of US$3,733,000, followed by the Dominican Republic, Chile, the Bahamas, and Trinidad and Tobago. The main exporting companies were Leche Gloria SA, Nestlé Peru SA, IVIS Inversiones SAC, and Food Traditional Peru SAC. Since 2021, Haiti has ceased to import Peruvian evaporated milk, with the Dominican Republic and now Bolivia being the main destinations.
